Is my credit card information secure through this site?

YES! Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. If the online store accepts credit cards, rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected.

What if I my burner has stopped working?

We will take care of the issue if buyer reports it within 15 days. Most of the time it's either a light bulb or a wire, and we can send replacement light bulb or wire with no additional charge. If it's something a buyer can not easily fix, then we will need the burner back to either fix or just replace. If it's after 15 days, we sell replacement wire and light bulbs and they are inexpensive to purchase.

Are these essential oils?

Although our oils are very potent, they are not 100% essential oils.

What is the difference between Fragrance Oils and Essential Oils?

Essential Oils are natural concentrated essences derived from plants, bark, roots, seeds, stems, flowers, leaves, fruits, etc. and are usually steamed distilled. Fragrance Oils normally are made up of a number of synthetic imitations of essential oils creating a fragrance that will smell like a flower, herb, plant or other fragrance.

What is the Shelf life of Fragrance Oils?

When stored properly, out of direct sunlight and well sealed, fragrance oils have a shelf life of approximately one year. Many fragrance oils will last longer.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are usually processed within 24 - 48 hours. During the holidays order volume increases and processing times can increase. It’s important to place your orders ahead of time.
